These are great...would be even better if the bit holder didn't have a bottom. This would allow for larger bits to slide through and still have a symetrical or balanced bundle with longer bits.

I got this 18 bit bracket as the heart of a fix-it-stick custom kit for my new shotgun. I got the bracket plus 2 bits each of every bit needed for any of the screws on the gun plus 2 replacement sticks. This "custom" shotgun kit" lives in the case I carry the shotgun in going to and from the range or the woods... Thanx for the parts to make the kit!

haven't loaded this up yet, but I anticipate setting this up so that I have all the necessary bits in one spot for one specific firearm

When I purchased my fix-it-sticks through the Kickstarter they came with a small pouch made from a recycled bicycle inner tube. Well, after years of use and travel that pouch has worn and begun to fall apart. I find this holder to be a fantastic replacement. It holds both sticks securely, while also making them faster to access. It also hold more bits and makes swapping bits faster and easier. I no longer have to fiddle with a fragile plastic tube, and try not to lose bits on the side of the road as I'm trying to swap in one of the bits that was in the middle of the tube. The key-loop is perfect for clipping to the key-tether of a bicycle saddle bag or motorcycle tank bag so that it doesn't get lost. Every pair of fix-it-sticks should come with this holder.

First of all,how would you write a review for replacement Fix-It-Sticks? They are a tool system so unique & ingenious that they actually created a category of which they are by definition the definition. Others that I can think of are Knipex cobra/plierswrench, Silky saws, Victorinox Swiss Army Knives, etc., etc.. So how does one improve on a definition of the category they created?????? You A): give it a home; & B): improve its versatility. This holder does both in such a way as to complement the ingenuity of the"Sticks" design & function. This holder kind of completes the trifecta of the ultra-small fits-in-one-hand tool kit(this holder w/"sticks" & appropriate bits/nutdrivers [screw/drive it], a 6"Knipex cobra [hold/grip/squeeze it], & a Victorinox Swisschamp [cut/file/saw/magnify/open/whatever else it]). My only question is why did it take so long to come up with the idea of this holder....oh yeah, genius takes time! This is the perfect complement to the replacement Fix-It-Sticks & I would highly recommend.
